Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Komite Audit berpengaruh positf tehadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Analisis Dewan Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Analisis Dewan Direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Analisis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Analisis Free Cash Flow (FCF) berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Analisis Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2017-2020. Pemilihan sampel dalam populasi ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah Komite Audit berpengaruh positf tehadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Dewan Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Dewan Direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Free Cash Flow (FCF) berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets)
