Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, yang bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan leader member exchange dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT X, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala LMX MDM (Leader Member Exchange Multidimensional) dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian adalah ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara leader member exchange dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT X (rxy = 0,569 dan p = 0,001), sehingga hipotesis diterima yaitu ada hubungan positif antara Leader Member Exchange dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT X. Leader Member Exchange memberi sumbangan efektif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 32,38%
