Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana bisnis untuk usaha cotto e servito dari aspek pemasaran, operasi, sumber daya manusia dan keuangan. Sampelnya adalah pemilik dan konsumen yang pernah membeli di Cotto E Servito minimal 3 kali dalam 1 bulan terakhir. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyatakan Cotto E Servito membuat makanan Italia di Kota Semarang secara online
