Abstract

The problem discussed in this research is whether the algorithm can determine passenger satisfication, which data attribute to be used for the algorithm, and how much time taken for different amount of data. The solution offered in this research is the algorithm can determine the satisfication if the attribute can be calculated in the algorithm. The attribute need to be analyzed for the algorithm, if the data used is discrete and continuous the algorithm can process it. The result in this research is the algorithm can determine passenger satisfication using certain attributes, because some attributes just can’t be calculated in the algorithm. The time it needed to calculate different amount of data doesn’t differ by much.
