Abstract

Pada masa sekarang ini dengan teknologi informasi menggunakan sistem komputerisasi sangat berperan penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Jika perusahaan menggunakan sistem manual maka menjadi kurang efisien dan efektif. Maka dari itu UD. Makarios memerlukan sebuah software komputer yang dapat membantu serta memperlancar kinerja perusahaan dalam proses transaksi perusahaan hingga pelaporan keuangan pada setiap periode. Dengan adanya hal tersebut maka penulis menyarankan UD. Makarios untuk menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis akuntansi dengan metode COTS (Commercial Off-The Shelf) dengan software K-System untuk membantu kinerja perusahaan sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa serta menerapkan software K-System ke perusahaan sehingga dapat membantu pemilik perusahaan guna memperlancar aktivitas perusahaan.
