Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor dari Total Quality Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, dan Entrepreneurial Orientation di industri perhotelan yang terdaftar di Pemerintahan Kota Semarang. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini diantaranya adalah Human Resource Management, Focus Customer, Strategic Planning, Process Management, Information and Analysis, dan variabel dependen Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurial Orientation. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah populasi 73 hotel yang terdaftar di Pemerintahan Kota Semarang. Pada hasil penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa Focus Customer, Strategic Planning terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility secara praktiknya berpengaruh secara positif terhadap industri perhotelan Kota Semarang serta pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Entrepreneurial Orientation secara positif berpengaruh terhadap industri perhotelan Kota Semarang. Namun terdapat beberapa hasil penelitian yang membuktikan bahwa Human Resource Management, Process Management, Information and Analysis terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap industri perhotelan Kota Semarang.
