Abstract
This study aimed to examine effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Customer Satisfaction with Service Quality as an intervening variable in XYZ University. With the population of as many as 61 respondents with the method of data collection by using a questionnaire. The research will be analyzed using path analysis. Results showed that there is no effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Customer Satisfaction with Service Quality as an intervening variable.
