Abstract
Drop in sales in the common problem experienced by businesses in the pandemic including those of micro and small. Considering less contact economy to mitigate the covid-19 virus and the trend on internet usage that is increasing, online marketing is considered as the best alternative for small and micro businesses to do their business.
