Abstract
Persaingan perusahaan yang begitu ketat mendorong perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi. Kunci utama bagi perusahaan agar tetap mampu bertahan adalah dengan mengelola Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki. Perusahaan harus memiliki standar kerja bagi SDM supaya kinerja mereka tetap terjaga. Melalui penilaian kinerja dengan Human Resource Scorecard yang dikombinasikan dengan metode OMAX akan terlihat bagaimana kinerja masingmasing elemen aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh departemen SDM, yang ditujukkan dalam KPI yang telah dihitung bobotnya melalui AHP. Terlihat pula keterkaitan antar empat perspektif (finance, costumer, internal business process, dan learning and growth) melalui strategy map. Pada akhirnya akan terlihat penilaian kinerja departemen SDM untuk PT. Telkom Indonesia Divisi Regional IV yang sejauh ini belum melakukan penilaian kinerja bagi departemen SDM. Kata kunci: Strategy Map, KPI, AHP, OMAX, Human Resource Scorecard The tight competition of companies encourages companies to continue to innovate and have high competitiveness. The main key for a company to remain able to survive is to manage its Human Resources (HR). Companies must have work standards for HR so that their performance is maintained. Through performance appraisal with the Human Resource Scorecard combined with the OMAX method, it will be seen how the performance of each element of the activities carried out by the HR department, which is shown in KPIs that have been weighted through the AHP. There is also a link between four perspectives (finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth) through the strategy map. Eventually an HR department performance evaluation for PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional Division IV, which has so far not yet done a performance appraisal for the HR department.
