Abstract

The difables in Indonesia experience lack of rights fulfillment, partriculary in employment access. Mental and physical limitation have become reasons of dififculties in getting a job. Goverment’s role and communities participation are needed to empower the difables. This research questioned how to enhance entrepreneurial skill through interpersonal communication of coaches and difables at Roemah Difabel Semarang. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data gathering technique were by observation, interviews, and library studies. The result of this research showed that interpersonal communication intensity built interpersonal relationship between the coaches and the difables. Four of 12 levels of interpersonal relationship in exercise clasess successfully proved to enhance entrepreneurial skill of the disables. Some of them have made their own works as the result of the exercises.
