Abstract
Balanced nutrition is very necessary to regulate one's diet so that sufficient nutrients can be fulfilled. A food menu that can fulfill balanced nutrition is a food menu with a variety of food items such as rice or other sources of carbohydrates, vegetable side dishes, animal side dishes and vegetables. Students are students at the college level between the ages of 19-29 years. Students when they are on campus will usually buy food at the campus canteen or university. However, the food menu is not necessarily able to meet the nutritional needs of students. Therefore this study aims to find out information on the menu of winged foods, find out the nutritional content of the menu of winged foods and find out the percentage of AKG with a meal menu in the canteen of the Catholic University of Soegijapranata Semarang. This research was carried out by surveying favorite food menu, calculating the nutrient content in 1 serving of winged food based on Indonesian Food Composition Data, USDA Food Composition Databases, FatSecret and calculating the percentage of AKG for the meal menu based on the RDA recommended by the Indonesian Government. The results showed that there were 7 menus of winged foods that could meet the macronutrient RDA (carbohydrate, fat, protein, fiber and water) for men and women in the age group 19-29 years in a day is Gado-Gado-1 (A.2.2 ), Gado-Gado-2 (B.1.2), Rice Rames-2 (B.2.1), Bakmie Goreng (B.3.1), Capcay Goreng (B.3.2), Mie Bandung Pangsit (B.3.3) and Mie Bandung Bakso (B.3.4). However, there is no food menu that can fulfills the percentage of RDA of vitamins and minerals in a day. In the energy content, the Gado-Gado-2 (B.1.2) menu can meet the energy RDA for men and women aged 19-29 years. Misua Komplit (A.1.1) only fulfill the RDA of energy for women aged 19-29 years. From the 21 samples of the food menu, the best menu that can fulfill student nutrition is Gado-Gado-2 (B.1.2). The menu fulfills all nutrients except vitamin E, vitamin B3 and Cu.
