Abstract
This study specifically tooks the theme of community radio. In general, radio faces dynamics because of the various problems. In particular, community radio also faces problems that are always related to special caracter that distinguish itself from commercial radio. The researcher gathered information from 20 community radio managers who were members of the Indonesian Community Radio Network (ICRN) in Central Java Province. In summary, a variety of community radio problems were found that were rooted in various types and motives of the community, for example farmers and residents of disaster-prone areas. Community radio also faces management, funding, community participation, and support from third parties.
