Abstract

“Proposed Criteria and Weight Criteria for Selection of Miulan Brand Ambassadors with Analytical Hierarcht Process (AHP) Method” Selection is an important thing to get employees who are in line with the work to achieve organizational goals, so the application must be careful and objective. Miulan Management to determine brand ambassadors do not yet have the criteria and the weight of the standard selection criteria and not in accordance with the vision and mission. So that the chosen brand ambassador is not as expected. Researchers are interested in conducting research to propose criteria and the weight of selection criteria at Miulan Management to determine brand ambassadors using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Beginning with determining criteria and sub-criteria, determining weights based on importance, calculating weights to get eigen vector and the last consistency ratio.
