Abstract

This study aims to propose a new business strategy for Antarakata Coffeetalk, which is Blue Ocean Strategy. This strategy is implemented with the aim that Antarakata Coffeetalk can make a higher competitive advantage. This research was carried out because there were many new similar competitors who would gradually threaten the existence of Antarakata Coffeetalk as a Coffeeshop. In this study, the respondents were Antarakata Coffeetalk’s consumers based on criteria. This study used primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. This data is used to analyze competition factors that will form Canvas Strategy. The competitive advantage of Antarakata Coffeetalk is obtained through a good sales promotion strategy so that it can reach a wider market share. A good sales promotion strategy is one of Antarakata Coffeetalk's efforts to be known in public. In the end, this strategy will make Antarakata Coffeetalk reached a wider consumers.
