Abstract

Selection is a success key in organization because organization performance depends by Human Resources on it. By selection, organization can choose employees based on organization needs together to achieve success. Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen (HMPSM) Unika Soegijapranata is having a problem when doing selections because there’s no criterias and scores for selection guidelines. Therefore, this research aims to set selection criterias and scores for HMPSM using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Criteria and sub-criteria that specified in this research are active with sub-criterias organization experiences, activity experiences, committee experiences, knowledge about HMPSM, and initiatives. Communicative criteria with sub-criterias mastery language, language use at presentation, how to deliver responses, and body gesture. While aspirational criteria is having sub-criteria program quality offered and program level achievements. This criteria and sub-criteria is having score that produced from counting process using AHP methods. Keywords : Selection, AHP, Criteria and Sub Criteria.
