Abstract

In this study the aim was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on product performance in the sweet martabak business in Semarang. Besides that, this research is also intended to find out the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation that are owned descriptively. In this study a sample of 30 respondents who are sweet martabak business owners in Semarang City. Data processing methods use validity and reliability test, while the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processed is obtained from survey results through a questionnaire. Based on the results of hypothesis testing carried out using statistical tests, it can be seen that each entrepreneurial orientation variable consisting of business objectives, product innovation and business risk has an influence on product performance. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing carried out using the F test indicate that the three variables together have an influence on product performance.
