Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Description of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Management of the Student Executive Board of Soegijapranata Catholic University. This study uses 20 respondents who are members of the management board of the Student Executive Board of Soegijapranata Catholic University. Determination of respondents through saturated sampling techniques because all populations are used as samples. This is often done if the population is relatively small, less than 30 people.With the method of collecting data using a questionnaire and this study was examined qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the management of the Student Executive Board of Soegijapranata Catholic University has a total score of 2.39 which is included in the high category. The highest score is 2.85 in the sportmanship indicator. While the lowest score is on the Concientiousness indicator with a score of 1.65.
