Abstract
Nowadays the process of determining the quality of tomatoes is still done manually and simply. Farmers are still doing manually the process of determining the quality of tomatoes, it has a negative impact because it takes a long time to determine the quality of tomatoes. The process of determining tomato quality is based heavily. In determining the quality of tomatoes there are 3 categories. Great fresh tomatoes, medium fresh tomatoes and small fresh tomatoes. In this project used in the form of a heavy sensor with module HX711 to calculate the weight of tomatoes, Module RTC with Chip DS3231 to inform about the time, module SD Card to store data from the heavy sensor and module RTC into the database SD Card in the form of TXT, servo MGR995 3 pieces for each usefulness. The first Servo to make tomatoes fall. The second Servo to look for the average of the tomato fruit 3 times. The third Servo to be able to perform sorting or grouping tomatoes based on all three categories. Microcontroller used Arduino UNO. With this project is able to know the quality of tomatoes are relatively large, medium or small and also can sort automatically with a real time. Data recorded in the micro SD is heavy data from the weight sensor Load Cell and the time of the module RTC. The Data that has been saved can be stored in the Micro SD and can also be displayed via a PHP-based website. Keyword: Weight Sensor, HX711, Tomato, RTC, DS3231, SD Card, MGR995, Arduino UNO
