Abstract

Incentive giving to sales and marketing division is one way from a company to show their appreciation of sales and marketing division efforts to sell and marketing their product. In other side with an incentive giving to sales and marketing division, that could be a motivation for sales and marketing division to do their job better and sell more company products. Even tough, incentive giving from a company still use the old way where they do the incentive calculation with manually. This way is very ineffective and need more time to do even more if they have lot of product to sell and lot of employee who work in their company. From that condition, need a system that can help a company to do the incentive giving calculation so the calculation does not need a big effort and become effectively and need less time to get the incentive receiver information. Program that can help the decision making of incentive giving is needed in this case. This program will use php language. Mysql is use as management database system from this program and Weighted Product algorithm is use as calculation method for this program. Keyword: Sales Marketing, Incentive, Weighted Product
