Abstract
Congestion is no longer surprising for cities in Indonesia. Congestion experienced by motorists seems to be a natural thing to live in a big city. This situation actually creates a danger known as Traffic Stress Syndrome, where the pressure conditions experienced by drivers are experienced unconsciously and triggered by congestion of road conditions that result in stress. The design of this public service advertisement is intended as an invitation for the public to avoid Traffic Stress Syndrome. The method used as a solution to this problem is with Human Action public service ads based on interest in the target audience. In addition, the strategy used is the main media for video ads found on Youtube, where Youtube and social media are the main environment of the target audience. Then also supporting media namely print promotion media that connects searches to the main media, among others, using the tagline hastag. The design of this topic aims as an invitation as well as a form of socialization to the public to know and be aware of the conditions in driving in public places. Especially how to invite and simultaneously promote stress in driving in the science of visual communication design. Keywords: Congestion, Driving, Traffic Stress Syndrome, Advertisements
