Abstract

This study aims to integrate the relationship between family harmony and selfimprovement with learning achievement. The hypothesis proposed is the relationship between family harmony and self-consequences with learning achievement. The research subjects included 128 Ksatrian 2 high school students in Semarang. This research uses quantitative methods with report cards, scale of family harmony, and self-regulatory scale. The data obtained were then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and Product Moment Correlation analysis. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the value of R = 0.429 and F-count = 14.115 with p = 0,000 which indicates there is a relationship between family harmony and self-consequences with learning achievement. Based on the results of the analysis also obtained rxy = 0.332 (p <0.01), which means there is a positive relationship with Ksatrian 2 high school students Semarang. The results also showed the value of rxy = 0.376 (p <0.01), which means there is a positive relationship between students and the learning achievements of Ksatrian 2 High School students in Semarang. Thus, the results of this data analysis underlie that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. Keywords: learning achievement, family harmony, self regulation
