Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the measurement of perceived ease, usefulness perception, comfort perception of the real attitude of the users of technology systems in shopping online on Instagram for the Community in Semarang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the answers of respondents through a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents, namely the community users using Instagram in the city of Semarang who do online shopping. In accordance with the problem and the formulation of the model framework that has been explained, as well as the importance of testing the hypothesis, the analytical technique used in this study uses the PLS program. Research methods that explain population and sample, type of analysis and data sources, data collection techniques, measurement of variable and operational definition, and methods of data analysis used in a study.
