Abstract
This research is motivated by more and more people who are starting to care about the environment so that more and more people are using green products as a form of their concern for the environment. One of the green product companies engaged in the production of green products in Indonesia is The Body Shop. Purchasing decisions are the main goals made by consumers in choosing products. For this reason, the aim of this research is to see the influence of intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors that influence consumers in buying green products from The Body Shop brand. This study took a sample of 30 respondents who bought and used the Body Shop products themselves. The number of variables studied is 21 variables. The quantitative analysis used is factor analysis. The data is processed using SPSS 16.0 For Windows. The results of this study indicate that 21 variables were analyzed with a factor analysis model which is the factors that influence the purchasing decision of The Body Shop brand green products. These factors consist of 4 factors: green product communication factors, green environmental factors, green product factors, and consumer knowledge about green products. Of the four factors, only green product factors influence consumers in buying green products. Keywords: Green Products, Intrinsic Factors, Extrinsic Factors, Purchasing Decisions
