Abstract
This study aims to determine the profile of employee respondents who leave PT. XX in the last three years and the reason for generation X and Y employees to leave PT. XX. Benefits of research to be input and consideration material for companies to implement policy steps to overcome employees who leave. The subjects of this study were employees of generation X and Y who had left PT. XX. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The research results of the reasons for leaving generation X employees are salary, having debt with the company, lack of trust and confidence from superiors, driver management system is not well structured, looking for other jobs, bus fleets are often damaged, layoffs, and employees have problems with superiors. Reason for leaving generation Y employees, stress on work, salary, looking for other jobs, layoffs, employees having problems with superiors, employees hearing news that the company went bankrupt, there was no opportunity to develop a career.
