Abstract
To find out how the participants' perceptions of the training of salon vocational fields were conducted at UPTD BLK Kabupaten Semarang. perception is the process by which individuals regulate and interpret their memorable impressions to give meaning to their environment. While training is an activity aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of employees or students to overcome work problems. This research data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. According to the results of the study, the participants' perceptions regarding the implementation of the training were included in the beneficial category, namely 2.75. Keywords: Perception, Training
