Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between workplace spirituality and thriving with work engagement. The hypothesis in this study: Major Hypothesis (1) There is a relationship between workplace spirituality and thriving with work engagement; Minor Hypothesis: (2) There is a positive relationship between workplace spirituality and work engagement; (3) There is a positive relationship between thriving and work engagement. This study uses a population study of 94 PT. X employees. Data was collected using work engagement scale, workplace spirituality scale, and thriving scale. The sampling technique used is population research. Data analysis method used is Multiple Correlation and Product Moment. The results showed that (1) there was a very significant relationship between workplace spirituality and thriving with work engagement (Ry12= 0,613; F= 27,416; p<0,01); (2) There is a very significant positive relationship between workplace spirituality and work engagement (rx1y= 0,421; p<0,01); (3) There is a very significant positive relationship between thriving and work engagement (rx2y= 0,505; p<0,01).
