Abstract
The aims of this research to identify the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological capital with psychological well being. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological capital with psychological well being. The approach used in this research is a quantitative method and measurement instrument using perceived organizational support scale, psychological capital scale, and psychological well being scale. The subjects in this research amounted to 300. Technique analysis which use is Multiple Regression Model. Based on analysis result obtains the correlation value R = 0, 707 and F = 148,656 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.01) which means there is a positive significance relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological capital with psychological well being. The R square value is 0.500 which means that perceived organizational support and psychological capital together contribute 50% to the psychological well being. The bivariate relationship between perceived organizational support with psychological well being has a correlation value of R = 0.675 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.01) while the relationship between psychological capital with psychological well being has a correlation of R = 0.563 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.01).
