Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence mental accounting in credit card problems in Semarang. The population that will be examined in this study are credit card users in Semarang. In this study using a sample of 145 respondents. Data collection techniques in the study are using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study use Patrial Least Square. The results of this study are that lifestyle has a negative effect on mental accounting in Mental accounting credit card problems negatively affecting credit card problems. Age, income and gender have no effect on menital in the results of the study provide empirical evidence of the influence of age, income, gender and lifestyle on credit card problems with Mental Accounting as an Intervening Keywords: age, income, gender, lifestyle, mental accounting. credit card.
