Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, system quality, and service quality on the satisfaction of B2C and C2C e-commerce users in Semarang City. The object used in this study is the users of B2C and C2C e-commerce sites in Semarang City. Samples to be taken in this study amounted to 150 people of B2C and C2C e-commerce users in Semarang City. This study uses multiple regression test to determine whether the independent variables (information quality, system quality and service quality) affect the dependent variable (satisfaction of B2C and C2C e-commerce users in Semarang City). The conclusion of this study is the quality of information, system quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of B2C and C2C e-commerce users in the city of Semarang. From the results of these different tests it can be concluded that C2C sites are better than B2C.
