Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the impact of investment decisions on the development of company building on the company’s financial health. This research is motivated by the business risk and financial risk that may arise as a result of investment decisions that could affect the company's financial health. Analysis of the impact of investment decisions on the development of building, is divided into two phases: analysis of the impact of investment decisions using internal corporate financing an investment decisions impact analysis using debt funds. The variables used in this research include health level of liquidity that is projected by the ratio of liquidity (Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR)), the level of solvency health projected with a solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DAR)), the level of health activities projected by the ratio of the activity (Cash Turnover (CT) and Fixed Aseet Turnover (FAT)), and the health level of profitability that is projected by the ratio of profitability (Operational Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE)).
