Durability of concrete has become critical issue since few decades. People needs concrete material that can stand with longer life-time instead of strength and ductility. Innovation of concrete polymer and also polymer modified concrete could be an alternative to meet the needs. Previous researches by Susilorini et. al. (2014a,b) found that Gracilaria Sp. and Moringa oleifera can separately be added into mortar mix as natural polymer modified mortar to increase compressive strength. According to the previous researches, this experiment try to investigate the performance of natural polymer modified mortar with mixed Gracilaria Sp. and Moringa oleifera. There are 28 compositions of natural polymer modified mortar with Gracilaria Sp. and Moringa oleifera that were produced in form of cubes 50mmx50mmx50mm and tested by compressive at age 7, 14, and, 28 days. The right combination of Gracilaria Sp. and Moringa oleifera will increase compressive strength. Specimen 8A is the optimum mix composition, with 25% Gracilaria Sp. and 75% Moringa oleifera of cement weight, eventhough mix composition of 9A that consists of 100% Moringa oleifera of cement weight also has very good compressive strength. It should be noted that , long term good performance of natural modified might be achieved better by combination of Gracilaria Sp. and Moringa oleifera.
