Abstract
Jamu adalah obat tradisional yang sudah sangat terkenal di Indonesia, dapat dikatakan warisan berharga yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian pemerintah sangat menyadari kekayaan nabati indonesia yang belum digali sehingga membuat pengaturan tentang saintifikasi jamu. Tujuan saintifikasi jamu salah satunya memberi perlindungan hukum kepada masyarakat namun demikian proses saintifikasi berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat
