Abstract

This research investigate about The Right of The Society Health based on The Rule of Health Minister Number 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 For The Drinking Water Availability. This research is a research about the juridical sociologic wich is having analytical descriptive. The kind of the research data are the secondary data using primary law and the material of the analysis result. The data collection techniques are using the library research and the resource person interview, the analysis data technique which is used is qualitative character using method to explain the data in regularly, harmony, logical and not overlapping. So it makes it easy the researcher to interpretate data and comprehension of the analysis result. The result of this research shows that The company area drinking water (PDAM) hasn’t fulfilled the society night for the availability of the society drinking water based on The Rule of Health Minister Number 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010.
