Abstract
Transformational leadership is a leadership style that emphasizes the relationship between supervisor and employees, namely leadership styles that have the power to influence will create subordinate satisfaction to employees. This study aims to determine whether transformational leadership skill supervisor can be improved through Training Transformational Leadership on superiors at the BPR "X" Surakarta. The research subjects were 25 people from the BPR branch in Surakarta. This research is experiment with one group pre test - post test design. The result of data analysis was tested by using T-Test Paired Sample Statistic showed there was difference between before being given training and after training, that is T = -38,31 (p <0,01). So it shows that a leader relationships with employees in certain ways. Effective transformational leadership training can be increase transformational leadership skill to supervisor.
