Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of polychronicity and intrinsic motivation on work family conflict and service recovery performance. This research is made because the nature of the industry now requires a manager to engage in a number of tasks in providing the service of the organization. This research is a replication of previous research Daskin et al. (2016). Daskin et al. (2016) conducted research on frontline employees at the hotel and noted that the limitations of his research were the lack of generalized research-only research spheres that suggested researching in another service companies. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to service company managers that have relation with customers in Grobogan District. A sample consist of 49 service companies in Grobogan District. Analysis of data calculation by using SPSS software. The results showed that polychronicity and intrinsic motivation influenced work family conflict and service recovery performance.
