Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reliance on multiple performance measures (RMPM) terhadap kinerja manajer hotel di Semarang dengan goal difficulty dan goal specificity sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian adalah 59 orang manajer menengah hotel bintang di Semarang. Teknik analisis data adalah moderated regression analysis (MRA) dengan dummy variabel. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Interaksi antara reliance on multiple performance measures (RMPM) dan goal difficulty berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajer diterima. (2) Interaksi antara reliance on multiple performance measures (RMPM) dan goal specificity berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajer diterima.
