Abstract
Makanan jajanan adalah makanan yang dijual ditempat umum yang terlebih dahulu telah dimasak atau disiapkan di rumah atau di tempat berjualan. masyarakat indonesia sebenarnya sudah lama mengenal makanan jajanan , baik dalam bentuk makanan utama , kue-kue , minuman , buah-buahan dan gorengan.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan gizi dan konsumsi makanan gorengan di kalangan mahasiswa .
