Abstract
Literature is a term to describe written or spoken material. An example of literary works is film. Film is a kind of literary work that explores human imagination using imagery, adventures and experiences shown in real time. The real time element makes film a media to see life in a more interesting way. Film is usually revealed through the characters’ behavior or acts in the movie. Therefore, a psychologist named Albert Bandura has the theory called Social Cognitive. Social Cognitive consists of Reciprocal Determinism and Observational Learning. This research finds out that someone’s personality or human behavior is shown through the major characters of the film. One example is that the main character in the film usually changes her behavior based on certain circumstances.
