Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengumuman merger dan akuisisi terhadap return saham. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan, pada perusahaan yang listed di BEJ dan BEI, dan melakukan merger dan akuisisi di tahun 2004-2008.
