Abstract

Loyal tidaknya konsumen terhadap suatu merek perusahaan sangat tergantung pada kemampuan manajemen perusahaan dalam mengelola faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesetiaan merek (Satiifaction, Habitual behavior, Commitment, Liking of the brand dan Switcher). Pada penelitian ini, kesetiaan konsumen adalah pada Pep soden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pada variabel switcher sebanyak 27,68 %. Pada variabel habitual sebanyak 68,20 %. Pada variabel satisfaction sebanyak 64,07 %. Pada variabelliking the brand sebanyak 11,77 %. Pada variabel committed sebanyak 39,29 %.
