Abstract

Map is a representation of the surface of the earth with various objects in it like mountain, hill, sea, river, lake, road, railroad, and building. There were also many type of them likes a map based on the data source, based on the contents of the data presented, based on the form. This program is to determine approximate roads on the map using edge detection algorithm. Edge detection is used to compare color objects on a map. This system is also use tree data structure to store image pixels. Result of this system is draw roads on the map.
