Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empirik hubungan antara self efficacy dan problem focused coping guru yang mengajar di sekolah inklusi tingkat dasar. Hipotesis yang di ajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara self efficacy dan problem focused coping guru yang mengajar di sekolah inklusi tingkat dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kota Semarang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rxy sebesar 0,687 dengan p<0,01. Hal ini menunjukan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara self efficacy dengan problem focused coping. Semakin tinggi self efficacy, maka semakin tinggi problem focused coping. Sumbangan efektif self efficacy kepada problem focused coping sebesar 47,3%, dan 52,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
