Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan rohani jemaat ditinjau dari komunikasi interpersonal pendeta. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan yang positif antara ada hubungan positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan rohani jemaat. Subyek penelitian ini adalah jemaat Gereja Kristen di Semarang, berusia 16-35 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan rohani Jemaat dan skala komunikasi interpersonal pendeta. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil korelasi rxy = 0,379 dengan p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,01) sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.
