Abstract

Nowadays, teachers’ attitude is one of the important things to determine students’ success in English learning. Different teachers may have different attitudes towards their students. The aims of this study are to analyze teachers’ attitudes toward difables’ English learning process in SLB and to investigate the factors which influence the teachers’ attitudes on difables’ English learning process. The results of this research show that: (1) the teachers’ attitudes toward the difables’ English learning process in SLB are favorable. They feel that teaching English in SLB is comfortable and easy. (2) the factors which influence the teachers’ attitudes are: The nature and the severity of the disabilities, teaching experience, training, factors related to the school, gender and the grade levels.
