Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pelatihan kepercayaan diri terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri remaja. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada pengaruh pelatihan kepercayaan diri terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri remaja di Komisi Remaja GKI Sorogenen Solo. Subyek penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Komisi Remaja GKI Sorogenen yang memiliki skor kepercayaan diri yang rendah atau dibawah mean hipotetik yaitu 72,5.
