Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between wrok motivation and work discipline in Promas Greenland Kendal employees. The sample in this study were 41 Instagram followers, aged 25 to 59 years and actively using social media. The sampling technique was carried out using the Saturated Quota Sampling technique. The measuring instruments used were the Work Motivation and Work Discipline Variables. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline in Promas Greenland Kendal employees. The results show that from the hypothesis test the Sig. (2tailed) value of work motivation and work discipline is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 (Sig.≤ 0.05) which means there is a significant relationship between work motivation and work discipline in Promas Greenland Kendal employees.
