Abstract

Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kota Semarang is a project implemented to add facilities to support student activities. The project has been completed and can be reviewed and evaluated using EVM and RM methods. EVM can review project time and cost control. In addition to using the EVM method, the RM method is used to complement and integrate each other in reviewing project risks. The purpose of reviewing using both methods is to obtain Schedule Variance (SV) to review project time, Cost Variance (CV), ETC, EAC to evaluate project cost and RM chart to evaluate project risk. The data used are drawing data, time schedule data, RAB data, and project RKS data. After all the data is obtained, to achieve the research objectives, it can be done using the EVM and RM methods. The results of the study are SV of Rp 35,101.00 has a positive value indicating faster time, CV of -Rp 4,976,420,063.00 the cost used exceeds the plan due to differences in RAB unit prices and S Curve, ETC of -RP 57,609.00 shows the remaining budget on the project, EAC of Rp 12,736,848,425.00 shows the total final cost of the project, due to differences in RAB unit prices and S Curve, the results exceed the total project budget. Then for the results of the RM graph there are three, namely the first EVM Relationship Graph (CPI and / or SPI) and RM Process Effectiveness shows that the risk may not be under control. Second, the CPI and / or SPI Graph, there are 2 SPIs with an average value of 1.0 indicating that no special action is needed and the average CPI is below 0.75 indicating the need to improve the risk process to overcome threats. Third, the quadrant graph of review considerations related to the basic plan to overcome the cost of risk triggers, and take the time to find better value or better cost options.
