Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan Kala Hotel Semarang sejak awal mulai beroperasi yang masih dalam masa pandemi dan 3 tahun setelah mulai beroperasi, yaitu bulan Agustus 2021 hingga bulan Agustus 2024 dengan memperhitungkan kinerja perhotelan dan kinerja keuangan. Untuk kinerja perhotelan yang mencakup, paid occupancy percentage, gross operating profit per available room, dan revenue per available room. Untuk kinerja keuangan menggunakan debt to equity ratio, profit margin, dan return on assets. Kata kunci : Paid Occupancy Percentage, Gross Operating Profit Per Available Room, Revenue Per Available Room, Kinerja Keuangan
