Abstract
Disiplin sebagai kesiapan dan kemampuan individu dalam mengikuti peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku disekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deskripsi disiplin guru Sekolah SMP Kanisius Santo Yoris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan wawancara dengan total sampel 14 orang. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat kedisiplinan guru SMP Kanisius Santo Yoris termasuk dalam kategori kedisiplinan sangat tinggi.
