Abstract

The pressure to leave petroleum as the source of the procurement of national energy at this time continued to be rolled by various sources, including from the government personally. This step was needed so that Indonesia leaves the continuous energy crisis. Several methods of overcoming the dependence on earth fuel oil for the procurement of national energy have been launched, as leaving petroleum with liquid coal and energy was renovated other. Solar power became the same choice also attracted him because relative did not cause pollution completely. Indonesia that was located in the equator in fact had the profit that more than the other country because in general the attack of the sun rays was longer than the other country. With help photovoltaic, the sunlight could be changed into electricity energy. The output voltage from photovoltaic was unstable, depended on the number of intensities of the sunlight that fell for the surface photovoltaic, so as very risky to use the voltage that was produced by photovoltaic this direct to the burden because of enabling the occurrence of the fluctuation in the voltage. To anticipate the occurrence of the fluctuation in the voltage then the writer wanted to make some of DC-DC Converter the step up that used the PI controller, so as with the existence of this implement was enabled to be able to produce the voltage of output from solar cell that was relatively stable. So as output from solar cell this immediately could be made use of.
